By clicking the RSVP button, you consent to the following Indemnity Agreement:

By utilizing the shuttle service to RIBBIZ Reserve (RR Wnzdz) offered by Russan Brown Limited, operating as Campus Elite Jamaica ("the Company"), you acknowledge and consent to the terms below:
1. **Assumption of Risk:** You recognize that there are inherent risks involved with the shuttle service, including but not limited to accidents, delays, and unexpected events. You willingly accept all risks related to this service.
2. **Waiver of Liability:** To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release, waive, and discharge the Company, along with its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any liability for losses, damages, injuries, or claims, whether due to negligence or otherwise, that arise from your use of the shuttle service.
